An Impromptu Backyard Wedding

This sweet couple graduated from the same school my kids go to and I took their senior pictures when they were in high school. In keeping up with them, I learned that they had gotten engaged and were planning a destination wedding in the South, however, one afternoon I got a call from the bride. “What do your plans look like next weekend?” She asked. I laughed and said I was free. Emily – the bride – told me that she and Devin (her husband-to-be) had decided to move their wedding up a few weeks and get married in her parent’s backyard. I booked the wedding date and it was a beautiful day for a backyard wedding. This couple was a lot of fun to photograph and there are a lot of fun candids from this day.
